This Shipping Policy explains how CAIUS ("we", "us", "our") handles order processing, shipping, delivery times and related matters.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During periods of high demand, sales events or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays;
  • Customs inspections;
  • Severe weather;
  • Public holidays;
  • Supply chain disruptions;
  • Incorrect address information.

CAIUS is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

CAIUS has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

CAIUS is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

9. Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with:

  • Your household members;
  • Neighbours;
  • Your local delivery office.

If the package cannot be located, please contact us at contact@caiusldn.com and we will do our best to assist.

However, CAIUS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

10. Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or unclaimed shipment, we may charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Alternatively, a refund may be issued minus any shipping and handling costs incurred.

11. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This may happen if items are shipped from different warehouses or suppliers.

You will be notified where applicable.

12. Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the shipping address provided.

13. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply instead.
